Toilet roll packing machine Instruction

（1）toilet roll packing machine total pack：how many pcs you have pack, Zero can clear it

（2）Length ：can change the bag length .

（3）cut off：when it is Follow mode,it can help to change the cut position，press to adjust；when machine is firstly use , should press this to auto set data.

（4）speed：pcs/min。

（5）：when it is Follow mode , if there is very small offset , it can make up , usually set 2-5MM

（6）：toilet roll packing machinefor change packing mode :when it is follow ,the machine will cut the bag length according to the distance of 2 marks ,if press Follow , it will be then you can set the bag length , the machine will not packing according to the marks distance.

（7）: when the machine is stopped , press this can only use the film to forward , it is only used when adjust the bag length .

1.press jogon the control panel, to make the sealing knife will nearly occlusion；

2.press to use the film forward to make the mark just can be the 2 knife blades

4.press to let the mark can be seen by the photo cell , it will be flash.

5. the 4 step may be the sealing knife maybe not cut on the mark.,，need press to adjust .
